The residence is thoughtfully positioned on its plot to embrace the surrounding landscape and maximize its panoramic views of southwestern Paros.
The architectural design prioritizes environmental harmony, integrating the structure with the natural topography while optimizing natural light and airflow. Solar panels discreetly installed on the roof provide renewable energy, reducing the villa’s environmental footprint.
