We specialise in building exceptional holiday villas and hotels that require advanced technical know-how, sophistication and precision. Since our founding in 1990, we have completed over 70 outstanding projects on the islands of Paros, Antiparos and the rest of the Cyclades — critically acclaimed projects that are a source of enjoyment and pride for their owners.

Over the course of thirty years, we have established ourselves as leaders in the high-end construction market in Paros and Antiparos. We are local experts with global know-how, ready to undertake even the most demanding custom projects in a reliable and transparent way. PAROSTEC is a family-owned company, currently under the direction of its second generation of owners.
GEORGE KAGELIS
CEO / Co-owner
Second-generation co-owner of PAROSTEC. Born and raised in Paros, he studied rural & surveying engineering at the National Technical University of Athens, Greece. He is responsible for networking with clients and for the company's public relations, constantly expanding PAROSTEC's reach and promoting its philosophy and achievements. His working ethos is always client-centric, paying attention to every client's vision and well-being. George Kagelis and George Oikonomopoulos personally supervise all PAROSTEC projects with daily on-site inspections, to ensure their high quality, timely delivery and budget.
GEORGE OIKONOMOPOULOS
CEO / Co-owner
Second-generation co-owner of PAROSTEC. He grew up in Paros and studied civil engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He comes from a family of traditional contractors/engineers with knowledge and expertise that has been handed down from generation to generation. His family has a long history of building public and private projects on Paros and other islands. George Oikonomopoulos and George Kagelis personally supervise all PAROSTEC projects with daily on-site inspections, to ensure their high quality, timely delivery and budget.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Depending on the needs of your project, we can undertake the entire management and coordinate the project for you. Acting as your representative, we will closely monitor project costs, deadlines and quality of construction.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Once your house is built, we can offer a comprehensive suite of property management services through our partner companies. This includes total solutions for building management services, preventive and periodic maintenance, as well as rentals.
CONSULTING
Being a local company with global expertise, we can offer design optimisation and localisation for existing designs and advise your architect on local restrictions and guidelines. We can also offer consulting on investment opportunities in Paros and Antiparos through our unique access to the local property market.
our process
We follow a transparent process with full respect to your project's needs and requirements. The construction of your legacy project will probably begin with acquiring land and designing your house with an architect. We can offer consulting on every step of this process, take care of all planning permissions and then construct your house to perfection. If you already have the land and have developed the designs with your own architect, we can localise the design and assist you with the procedures at the planning office.
CONSTRUCT WITH TRUST
Before construction begins, you will receive a bill of quantities and a detailed cost breakdown, so that you can assess project costs and make changes if necessary. When the budget is approved and you sign the contract, construction begins. Throughout the construction phase we follow a very detailed time schedule; meanwhile, we record and manage design changes that can possibly affect costs and timeplan. You are constantly kept informed about progress of work and you receive monthly valuations. We personally oversee all PAROSTEC projects to ensure a high level of quality and care for your property.
