Perched on the southwestern coastline of Antiparos, overlooking the Aegean Sea and the islet of Despotiko, this seafront villa is seamlessly integrated into the island’s rugged landscape. The composition of exposed reinforced concrete, local stone masonry, and natural timber creates a contemporary Cycladic identity, while extensive glazing frames uninterrupted sea and sunset views. Structurally, the project required precise engineering due to its cliffside location, with a robust reinforced concrete frame, advanced waterproofing systems, and high-performance materials designed to withstand the demanding coastal environment. The infinity pool and cantilevered terraces extend toward the horizon, reinforcing the seamless connection between architecture, construction, and nature.
