PAROSTEC BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART OFFICES IN PAROS ISLAND HAVE BEEN COMPLETED

Parostec is now accommodating its registered office in brand new state of the art premises in Paros. 

The renovation of the new office building of 192 square meters, privately owned by the renowned construction company, has been completed in autumn 2021 and the transition to the new facilities took place by the end of last year. Among the main goals of the specific project, apart from the obvious housing the offices and offering maximum space functionality, was to reflect the character and high-quality standards of PAROSTEC work.

Given that at the stir of the company sit two young professionals, George Kagelis and George Oikonomopoulos, the architectural design and specifications of the building complex ought to ensure a high-aesthetic end result, responding at the same time to the modern demands for agility in space functionality and offering a thoughtful and friendly office environment of top-quality working conditions. These attributes had to be implemented to a very specific environment, the Cyclades islands, and tell the story of construction through the use of materials’ volumes and textures. To achieve this, plaster – an integral part of Cycladic architecture, marble, wood, metal and concrete were harmonically combined with each other. The sound outcome was finished-up with prestigious furniture and modern design objects, in order tomaintain a functional and aesthetic complete end-result.

The renovation of PAROSTEC’s state of the art offices in Paros Island is part of the company’s strategic development plan in Greece. Already since 2021, the renowned construction company of Cyclades has acquired two new offices, one in Antiparos Island and one in Athens.

When asked about the new offices, co-owners George Oikonomopoulos and George Kagelis have stated: “We are very happy with the specific project, which reflects the spirit and dynamics of our company, and we expect that it will significantly improve our day-to-day operations and workflow.
