COMPLETION OF PROJECT MRS IN ANTIPAROS

We are delighted to share that we recently completed the construction of a new luxurious residence in Antiparos, adding another high-standard project to our portfolio.
The residence, with a total area of 450 m², is developed on two levels and includes seven bedrooms, bearing the architectural signature of Tessera Architects.
Architecturally, the building combines elements of Cycladic tradition with contemporary design. The whitewashed volumes and handcrafted stone walls blend harmoniously into the landscape, while large openings offer unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea.
The plot and outdoor areas are designed on multiple levels, featuring extensive open-air living spaces, shaded pergolas, and an infinity pool that visually merges with the horizon.
The choice of materials and Mediterranean planting create a natural extension of the island’s terrain, combining elegance and authenticity. Inside, the bright and airy spaces follow a minimal design with warm, natural textures.
Spacious living and dining areas open seamlessly to the terraces, enhancing the flow between indoors and outdoors. At sunset, the subtle lighting and panoramic views transform the residence into a peaceful retreat.
The project includes comprehensive water storage and management infrastructure, with provisions for rainwater collection and a modern pool operation system housed in dedicated technical spaces, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality throughout the residence. The technological approach emphasizes functionality, durability, and construction quality.
