We are delighted to announce that Parostec, will serve as the owner and constructor of the first “Destination by Hyatt” hotel in Greece. This landmark project will bring Hyatt’s globally acclaimed brand to the island of Paros, marking a new chapter in luxury hospitality for the region.
Scheduled to open in 2026, the hotel will feature 50 elegant accommodations, including 25 standard rooms and 25 suites. With 39 private pools and 11 Jacuzzis, the property is designed to redefine relaxation and sophistication. Guests will also enjoy world-class amenities, such as a signature restaurant, a themed dining venue, and a state-of-the-art spa.
Our collaboration with Hyatt reflects Parostec’s commitment to creating exceptional developments that honor the beauty and culture of the Cyclades. Guided by our values of craftsmanship, sustainability, and community support, this project aims to seamlessly blend modern luxury with Paros’ iconic Cycladic landscape. The architectural firm Makridis and Associates will bring this vision to life through a design that harmonizes with the natural surroundings while celebrating the island’s rich identity.
“At Parostec, we are passionate about shaping projects that stand as lasting contributions to both the local community and the environment,” said George Oikonomopoulos and George Kaggelis, co-owners of Parostec. “Partnering with Hyatt for this groundbreaking development allows us to share the unmatched beauty of Paros with visitors from around the world while upholding our values of environmental care and cultural respect.”
