Constructed in the 1930s as a three-story building, this historical building in the center of Athens, served as the headquarters of the Lambrakis Group until 2004. The refurbishment of the building employed a low-tech/high-efficiency approach, emphasizing easily maintainable solutions to maximize energy savings and improve environmental quality. Interior spaces are revitalized with natural light via innovative "Kaleidoscope" system, in combination with solar shelves, nearly doubling the autonomy of natural light, transforming the old building into a modern working environment that adheres to the principles of "BREEAM" certification.
