On the southern side of Paros, perched above the beach of Trypiti, this residence masterfully highlights the art of harmonious coexistence with the natural environment, blending luxury with minimalist aesthetics. The architectural ensemble is strategically positioned on the plot to integrate seamlessly with the terrain's features and offer views from every vantage point.
The layout and orientation of the proposed buildings are determined by key criteria: maximizing solar gains and wind protection in winter, while leveraging the winds and providing sun protection in summer. Within this framework, the primary transparent surfaces are oriented southward, while the proposed courtyards are positioned to the north to ensure wind protection and usability during the summer months.
