Meet the NextGen PMs
Nina Papakonstantinou – Project Manager
With a background in international architecture and sustainability, Nina has led landmark projects such as a BREEAM-certified villa in Antiparos and the emblematic Lemon Tree House. She was named in Build’s 20under40 list for 2024.
Artemis Karaboukalou – Civil Engineer
With 10+ years of experience across industrial, residential, and infrastructure projects, Artemis combines on-site execution with technical office coordination. She recently contributed to the renovation of a historic office building in central Athens.
Stefanos Karpenisiotis – Site Engineer
From defense infrastructure in Saudi Arabia to luxury builds in the Cyclades, Stefanos brings depth, discipline, and executional clarity to each project. He currently oversees developments in Paros and Antiparos.
Metaxia Kyriou – Project Coordinator
A Civil Engineer from NTUA with expertise in project budgeting and cost control, Metaxia focuses on aligning technical and financial performance across several high-end residential projects, while constantly striving for professional growth.
Konstantinos Mandravelis – Civil Engineer
With experience across multiple demanding builds, Konstantinos is known for delivering projects under pressure — managing unforeseen structural issues, tight timelines, and complex site conditions with calm precision and accountability.
